AND, WE’VE BEGUN APPLYING TO FESTIVALS!!! So far, we have applied to Telluride, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Heartland and DOC NYC. One of these festivals will likely be our world premiere so we are so excited to be taking this big step forward. We will certainly let you know where we will be screening.

In addition to Andrew Klooster from Earthworks, Patricia Garcia Nelson was also there to speak about the progress of the 2024 ballot initiative to phase out oil and gas production in Colorado. The ballot initiative language is being challenged and must go to the Colorado Supreme Court to be resolved before signature collections are allowed to begin. Safe and Healthy Colorado, the new banner under which the environmental activists are working, has started their 'Pledge to Sign' drive so, when the petitions are ready for signing, they will have a big head start towards collecting them. We had a great work-in-progress screening last week at Nude Foods Market and it was so special to have two participants from the film join us for the post-film discussion.
